Costs and timing

Free shipping on all orders to supported countries.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days (indicative, depending on destination and carrier).
In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order.

Supported countries

France (mainland and, subject to availability, overseas), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Switzerland and other countries offered at checkout.

Tracking

You receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Check your spam folder.

Delivery address

Check your address carefully at checkout. Errors may cause delays or re-shipping fees.

Damaged, delayed or lost parcels

Damaged parcel: make reservations with the carrier and write to us within 48 hours with photos.
Delay or lost parcel: contact contact@get-lumino.com; we open an investigation with the carrier and offer a reshipment or refund.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
